The Laboratory for the
Development of Specialty Fiber Optics, headed by Professor James A. Harrington, is a part
of the Ceramic
& Materials Research Engineering Department in the School of
Engineering at Rutgers University. The goal of this
research laboratory is the development of specialty fiber optics for the
transmission of infrared energy for a variety applications.
